FAQ
Questions operators ask
Where do I find my Device ID?
It's shown by your RQUEEN node and always starts with RQ- followed by two groups of six characters, like RQ-917501-164068. Copy it exactly.
How long before I get my key?
Seconds. Once PayMongo confirms your payment, the key appears on the page you land on after checkout, and a copy goes to your email.
Can I move my license to a new board?
No. The key is generated from the Device ID, so it only works on that board. A replacement board needs its own license.
I reflashed my node. Do I need to pay again?
If it's the same board with the same Device ID, the same key still works. We keep a record of every key, so we can send it again.
I closed the page right after paying. Where's my key?
Check your email, we send the key there as soon as the payment goes through. You'll also get a receipt from PayMongo.
